   Huang has ever being a Management Consultant,General Manager of a printing company.Set up   an English training institution and opened 10 branches institution. That year he just over 30 years old.Now he is the general manager of Zend International Co.,Ltd. Zend mains in non-woven fabric exports. In the interview with reporters,Huang is full with confident about Zend's future,he said:"I am hoping to buy an office building,with 40 foreign trade team size and effective senior assistant in Zend".
 
 
   Huang is glad to share his own experiences,when a reporter asked him the key to Zend's successful e-commerce,Huang earnestly tells his own experience in three-points,he said:
 
  "First is to build awareness of e-business,master the essence of 'e-business."integrated marketing practitioners,"This is my own position,with awareness up and grasp the essence,the operation will be handy.
 
 
Secondly is that everything should been worked carefully,pay attention to the details.For example, surely writing development letter when we contact with the customer,we have 10 templates for the letter.You cann't figure out which kind of version the customer like.The thing you can do is spend more time to do preparation,send delevopment letter according to customer's preferences;The inactive and dormant customers,also should be paid close attention,never give up easily, Including English spelling and the details of the technical terms,I always require employees to care deeply.
 
 
Finally, I believe that everything should be persisted. Running The foreign trade, it may not always let you contact an existing customer directly , it is necessary for you to develop new customer. A novice will be grown before six months until he/she get first order. To become a excellent salesman, persistence is compulsory. This is a long lonely process, But you always be arrived if you do it pains. Like farmers planting, selected the land and seed, fertilizer watering every day. Each saleman get the first order, I will celebrate for him ,because of a good beginning makes a good ending".
