Denmark Schouw company wholly owned subsidiary , Fibertexnonwoven , agreed to buy French non woven fabric manufacturer Tharreau industry 85% shares of the main shareholder . Price is 30 euro per agreement, which means the non woven fabric company all the shares for 339.9 million euros.
To Fibertex spunbond non woven fabric supplier and Tharreau nonwoven PP industry , the takeover is expected to bring great benefit. The two companies to be together, will likely become European nonwoven industry leading manufacturers.
